I've been doubting this brand honestly because there were barely any reviews, nothing negative NOR positive. I want to change that. The app was pretty straightforward and pretty great features, it was easy to connect and pair up with my robot vacuum. I didn't even own the manual, & yet I still got it right. Pretty good, solid options, can act as a remote control for when you wanna order your robot around. You can set schedules when theyre supposed to clean up, how hard they need to suck dust etc

It was crazy that I had to reach out to customer support for help but for those struggling as I was, click on 'mailbox registration' in the top right hand corner to create your account. I gave it two stars just for the hassle that it caused. I will come back with an update once it is done charging and can be used properly.

DOES NOT WORK WITH SAMSUNG It is incredibly stupid that Bluetooth devices are solely meant to make iphones lives easier but makes it absolute hell for Samsung users. This item REFUSES to pair with Samsung devices. Not everyone has 2000-3000 dollars to pay on a stupid iPhone. It will not connect. Its just basically useless equipment now. Will not be buying this brand or anything to do with this app again.
